1 -Accepting commissions.
2 - Invoice/Payment.
3 - Creation of Sketches for approval.
4 - Customer approves the sketch (Or requests a change). (Available up to two changes)
5 - I will make the changes and keep the client updated on the art process.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below. Please read carefully.1. GENERAL ART TERMS
I have the right to decline your commission.
First come first served.
The person who commissioned me will remain anonymous by default.
I will ask for permission to tag you on Twitter (X), if you don't respond I will post the art without tagging you on Twitter (X).
I have the exclusive right to distribute any or all of my commission pieces for any or all commercial purposes.
For you to use my art commercially, it must be agreed beforehand and I will give the additional price.
Do not use my art for AI-Generated products.

My response time varies between 1 to 3 days (when my commissions are open)6. ART PRICES

Delivery of the product will be made in order of commission (whoever arrived first receives it first).
Art times may vary depending on the level of complexity, please check the times in the "COMMISSION INFOS" tab.
Arts with two characters can take twice as long, for example.8. MATERIALS
Feel free to send me reference materials for your art.
Please make it clear if you want exactly the same pose as the photo sent.
Some photos don't work very well when translated into 2d art, so I can make small adjustments for better image composition.9. COPYRIGHT
My commissions are made for your personal use, for example using it on your Twitter, on your YouTube, making a painting for you to decorate your room... you cannot sell it.
Commercial use of my art must be agreed in advance.
The prices available in the "COMMISSION INFO" tab do not include commercial use.
You can post my commissioned art on your social media, please credit the art with my name.10. FINAL PRODUCT
Upon completion you will receive a full resolution of the art that you commissioned via twitter, I can also send it to your personal email or upload it somewhere else. You can share the commissioned art on other platforms as long it has my twitter handle on the image.11. PERSONAL STANDARTS
Commissions for me are a form of requests, what you are paying for is ultimately the skill of an artist and the process towards a finished artwork, the amount you pay does not cover the time I spend outside of the artmaking, such as finding/trying out different artistic decisions and optimization of the final piece. I have my own work integrity and standards that I intend to keep, so please keep that in mind, thank you :)
